We know that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s perfectly okay. If you’ve decided that Sistrix isn’t the right tool for you, then it’s time to cancel your subscription. In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of canceling your account. So read on – it’s easier than you think!
Toolbox Modules
Logged into Sistrix, Navigate to Toolbox Modules under your user Avatar settings.
Terminate toolbox account now!
Scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the Toolbox Module Settings.
Click on the button: Terminate toolbox account now!
Terminate
Sistrix will offer support “before you go.” If needed, contact support.
When you are ready, click on the Red Terminate button to cancel your Sistrix account.
Account Cancelled
Now your account has been cancelled.
If this was done in error, or you’ve changed your mind, you can click on the revoke button to bring your account back.
You can leave feedback for Sistrix to improve their products.
Note: What is Annoying, Sistrix has a cancellation period: Cancellable at the end of the following month. So you will be paying for the service for another month after cancelling. 🤬
I really loved Sistrix, it’s great for tracking large business search visibility. I found the majority of my clients are small to medium-sized businesses, which Sistrix didn’t do a great job at tracking. So I decided to cancel my subscription. Maybe someday when I have larger clients, I might decide to re-subcribe.
